COLUMBIA - The little known story is that Curtis Jewelers of Columbia played a part in history of the NASA space program. They were commissioned to manufacture a medallion for Astronaut Sandra Magnus who took it on her space mission to the International Space Station-Endeavour Space Shuttle launch STS-126.
